In order to increase the bonding strength between polyurethane adhesive and nan-polar EPDM rubber the petroleum resin and polybutylenes, which were used as thickeners, were added into EPDM rubber formulation. The mechanical properties of the new product and its bonding strength with polyurethane adhesive were measured. 为了提高聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接三元乙丙非极性橡胶材料的粘接强度,在三元乙丙橡胶配方中添加石油树脂和聚丁烯作增粘剂,测试了新配方产品的力学性能和与聚氨酯胶粘剂的粘接强度。
The properties testing showed that the waterborne polyurethane modified by epoxy resin has high hardness, good water resistance, resistance to petrol, and excellent adhesive to based material. 性能测试表明环氧改性水性聚氨酯涂料具有涂膜硬度高、耐水性好和耐溶剂性好等优点。
